ReplyDeleteWhitney- we are in the same house but we have done a lot of redecorating since you guys came last.
Kathryn- if you go to the link above there is a step by step tutorial. there is one step that is confusing and i think incorrect: when you sew the top to the skirt don't turn the top inside out, just make sure the right sides are together.
